If you chose to give a presentation, you have the opportunity to upload the summary of your presentation via the form on www.id-forum.org/summary-submission/ by 9 April 2017. This abstract will then be published together with your name, affiliation and disciplines in the conference proceedings.
If you wish to change your registration details or summary submission, please proceed as follows: When you registered / submitted your abstract, you received a confirmation email from google forms with the email subject “Registration to the Interdisciplinary Forum 2017” or “Summary Submission to the Interdisciplinary Forum 2017”, respectively. In the beginning of this email, click on the button “Edit response”. In your browser you will then see all the information with which you have registered. At the same page you also have the opportunity to make changes to your registration. Do not forget to click “submit” in the end, then we will automatically see the changes you made.
Arrival to the interdisciplinary forum is on Friday 21 April 2017 between 3pm and 6pm, at the Youth Hostel Berlin Ostkreuz, Marktstraße 9-12, 10317 Berlin. Departure will be on Sunday 23 April 2017 at 2pm, optionally you can additionally participate at the guided city tour until 5pm.
The program for the interdisciplinary forum is available at www.id-forum.org/program/. If you chose to give a presentation, you will have 45 minutes that you can structure freely. For example you can give a 10 minutes presentation and then make an open discussion with the audience for the remaining 35 minutes.
After the international interdisciplinary forum, we will reimburse your travel expenses up to 150 €. To this end, please keep your travel tickets and payment confirmations. You will need to send them to us after the event. The travel expenses will be reimbursed to the same account as the one from which you make the payment of the conference fee. Please try to keep your travel costs low for the sake of our generous sponsors.
